Won't connect

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and i have also turned off my firewall and nothing works. It worked fine about two or three weeks ago, but since then nothing. I have windows XP. We did just get a router for laptops if that did anything to it? Thanks

Try the fixes in the thread below. If nothing there helps, post back with your system details.
