Can't connect...windows vista
 

I used to be able to connect, no problem. One day I opened it up and it won't go past the first bar. I have left it for hours to see if it connects and still nothing.

I have Windows Vista, wireless, connecting from home, LimeWire 4.16.6, Java 1.6.0_11, I go through Qwest and they provide OneCare (AV), the test worked, I think it is p2p, my firewall is on (it's always been on and have never had a problem before). The only updates I have done are the Java updates. When I go to the "Connections" part in lime wire there is nothing. In the "my computer" it says I have 5.91 GB free in the "recovery," 211 GB free in the "OS."

I don't know what to do, and I am not very computer savy..I have no idea what I am doing. Can anyone help?
