Connection problem on reinstall
 

hello all. i am using windows vista and lime wire pro version 4.9.29. i need help with a reinstall of LW. My motherboard and hard drive burnt up and after replacing them both i had to obviously reinstall LW. the problem is that before everything crashed i would connect right up with an excellent connection with fast search results. But after the reinstall i only have one line green on the connection meter with it saying starting connection but not making it anyfarther than that. how can i fix this problem?!
