 help me please (i just downloaded limewire and it wont connect) i just downloaded limewire and it wont connect. i turned off my fire wall,but the firewall icon is still there. can someone tell me what to do  |

| Check out this thread for heaps of different fixes: If LW Will Not Connect Start off by deleting/replacing the gnutella.net file. Next to try is deleting LW's preferences folder. Otherwise, go through the rest of the fixes. If nothing helps & you're still stuck, please post back with your system details - that help thread has info about which details we need  |
