I just siged up and paid for a 4 year contract, I think I may have been a fool because nothing is working.
No Connection
Email address is not recognized
I don't even know if this is the correct area to be bringing up this problem but it is the only area I can get into.
Help!!

Yes unfortunately you must have accidentally visited a scam site. Known Scam Sites (click on link)
LW Pro only offered 6 months customer support & updates before last year. And even now nothing over 12 months.
