 Thank you for rreplying so quickly. WOW as in Wide Open West. When I click on the link its says this test worked. I've also have check the other link and done all the suggestion. Thats why I don't understand what is wrong.  |

After you deleted your gnutella.net file, did you also try replacing it with one from the links in the help thread?
