![]() IM ANSWERING THE STUFF FROM http://www.gnutellaforums.com/connec...-you-post.html I have a cable modem and no router my ISP is through suddenlink cable and internet my modem is model # u10c018.80 trade name: Ambit im trying to connect from an apartment using the free limewire basic when i did the test it took me to a page that says the test worked i am new to limewire and this is the first problem there is a brick wall blocking my globe at the bottom of limewire im not sure what all im using all i know is i have McAfee antivirus and all the other stuff im in the USA PLEASE HELP sorry im really new to all this stuff ![]() |

Which port to use? Port 6346 is the default port, however any in the range of 49152 - 65535 are also good to use because they are not officially used by any other program & are generally the last to be blocked by ISP's. ![]() |
