need to reinstall
I lost lw pro and I was charged for it my email is not valid according your website and I downloaded it before and now it is gone. What do I do

Depends upon when you purchased LW Pro. LW Pro support with updates is usually only for 6 months unless you purchased the Extended which is for 12 months. They also sell a very cheap version which comes with no support or updates.
Go to your email & check for the original email they sent you with the link to your personal pro download page. If you never received one, then sounds like you did not purchase from the official site but possibly a scam site. O.o

How much did you pay for it? Do you have your Credit Card statement? It should say Lime Wire LLC on it. The statement should also have a url link to your personal pro download page.
