Lost email - can't connect
 
I received an email saying that vers. 6 was avail. I tried to download, my firewall said there was a prob. but I ignored it as I thought I knew the program been installed. Download seemed to work then my desktop disappeared & screen went blank. Had to use restore point. Now LW won't work. Tried to reinstall. Does not recognise the only email address I have. Only purchased Jan/Feb this year. No contact for help. Any suggestions please? Thanks.

Start here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/connec...t-connect.html :) With some firewalls you need to remove & then re-add the exception for LW when updating. ;)

As for your email problem, send a PM to limenathan (click on link) to query the situation. ;) Include as many details as possible, such as purchase date, receipt number on your credit card account, etc. :) I presume you still have the original LimeWire customer support email right?
