Need help to connect Limewire 5.2.1
 

In Feb. I paid for 6 mths service. Cannot connect, cannot get support, please refund balance!

There is no refund of LW Pro purchase, this has always been noted on the purchase page.
How much did you pay for your LW Pro? :)
There were 3 options for purchasing LW Pro. 1. 12 months support. 2. 6 months support. 3. One off copy of LW Pro with no support. (This 3rd option has recently changed to 3 month support.)

On the LW support page you need to enter the email address you purchased LW Pro with.

For connection problems, first try these suggestions If LW 5 Will Not Connect & if still not work then post back your set up details. :)
