Default LW and peer block

I am unable to connect to limewire with peer block turned on. When I turned it off I connected, but lost the connection when I restarted peer block. Has LW changed something to not allow these programs?

I'm not really all that familiar with current versions of LW, but I seriously doubt that is the root of your issues...

Peer Block (the new version of Peer Guardian) is simply put a mini firewall that block specific IP addresses from connection to you or for you to connect to them...

my diagnosis of the situation is that the peers you connected to are on Peer Block's ban list (most likely for a good reason)....check the configuration settings of Peer Block and see what lists are being loaded....there is a specific block list for school servers and if you have no issue being connected to an UP that is on an educational system then remove that list...I for one would have serious issues being connected to known bad/spammer/.gov addresses, but not necessarily .edu servers..
