I don't even know if I can find this post again, everything is so confusing.
Whenever I use Lime Wire I seem to be the Ultra Peer... which uses too much resources from my computer. I have 4 gigs RAM on my Windows XP. Yet my computer locks up completely. I do not want to be anyone's ultra peer. If this is the only way that i can utilize LimeWire then I'll try Utorennt instead. |

Disable Ultrapeer ability then. LW's menu bar, Tools -> Options -> Advanced, Performance. Check Disable UP capabilities.
