 1) if you purchased LimeWire Pro, you can get email support, by sending a message to service@limewire.com. Just make sure you use the same email address that you used to purchase LimeWire. 2) don't use the AOL browser to download the LimeWire installer, because it doesn't work as well. try a different browser, such as Internet Explorer. there's an entry in the faq that addresses this. zbell   |
