my limewire pro...???...
 

I paid for a copy o limewire pro last night on paypal, and haven't gotten any info, e-mails, or direction as to how I can obtain my copy. I've waited 24 hours and still nothing. I am really disappointed in the lack of follow up. Please let me know how I can resolve this.

I have just got through purchasing the Limewire from your online site. I downloaded it and it said that i had to have Java Script and it started doing that and has just continued to do that. Is there something that i dont have that i must have to get Limewire onto my computer. I would greatly appreciate a respond to me if that is at all possible. I have friends that have this and it works fine for them and that is the reason that i wanted to get it. So if you could just respond to my question, i would greatly appreciate it again. thank you

1) if you purchased LimeWire Pro, you can get email support, by sending a message to service@limewire.com. Just make sure you use the same email address that you used to purchase LimeWire.

2) don't use the AOL browser to download the LimeWire installer, because it doesn't work as well. try a different browser, such as Internet Explorer. there's an entry in the faq that addresses this.
