Why do some files vanish? They download, are marked "Complete" but cannot be found in the "Incomplete" or the destination folders and cannot be found by a system search.

Other files downloaded at the same time function normally.

I've tossed the downloads.dat file and restarted (OSX).

I continues, some files work, others disappear.

I cannot confirm this behaviour. Maybe somebody else has experienced the same problems?

Check that these folders are not read only - it has been reported that ppl have found them to be and it can cause this problem.
