downloading problems

I recently have downloaded Limewire

when I download Mp3s they say complete on them but their not in the complete folder they don't transfer from the downloaded page to the library. Occasionally they show up in the incomplete folder but I have no clue why

So basically I can't download songs and it is really bugging me
