Hello!

Yes it is a program that allows for multiple downloadig by file chunking from you.But I do not think that you should limit the number of upload slots per person to just 2 that is a little bit to little especially if someone wants to download an entire album from you.I think tha 4 is a better number but me myself has set the maximum to 20 since I have a fairly big bandwith.
