Default Sick of the downloading problems

I think I've just about had it with LimeWire.

I, too, have had major problems with the "requery sent...blah blah blah" thing. I search for something, try to download it only seconds later, and I get that stupid message. Kazaa is slow as f*ck, but at least the downloads WORK.

Big thumbs-down over here.

The requery is just telling you the guy on the other end is either no longer there or has dropped your connection for some reason... I hardly think Limewire can help that. I agree that it is becoming more frustrating... to the point I have tried Xolox, Bearshare and ShareaZa... I don't have any different experience with them... which is frustrating... but I do manage to have some success (yes even with Limewire)...

Yes, once a file goes to requery, your best bet is to find another copy of the song and download that.

Default I don't want to keep downloading the same file.

I really miss Audio Galaxy, as you just had to wait for it to download, which it did in a few days. I don't want to keep searching for the same file.

Why can't the capability that AG had, be incorporated to Limewire? I want to search once, and I can wait a week or 2, but please, give us a break.

1 out of 25-50 is my record. I have way too many files not downloaded.

I did like the comments elsewhere on increasing the amount of connections you can maintain, and kicking off all other servers but Limewire, but it doesn't help that much.

Please LimeWire, please do something to make us only have to search once & queue it up for future delivery, just like the best & former sharing service, Audio Galaxy...

Thanks!
