Slow Download speeds in Win2k
 

I've just got Limewire Pro up and running. I've got ultrapeers enable and have 512 Megs of ram. I'm downloading songs from t1 and t3 connections. But am only getting about 1 to 2 Kps download speed. Alot of files that connect and than start to down load after a time, it says they are still down loading but the speed reads 00. I've got a up to date computer with 728kps cable connection. Any words of wizdom would be greatly apprieciated. Also My network connection is very strong and all the enternal settings are correct at least that what Dslreports.com website tests tell me.
