More troubles everyday

I'm getting more & more frustrated with LW. I've been a faithful user since the demise of Napster and have ridden through some tricky problems before, but now I'm thinking of dumping it

Why? Because we all seem to be sending round ever-increasingly confused advice on problems such as "cannot move to library" and the appalling "waiting for requery". I've followed all the suggestions over the last few weeks and am back to square 1 - so please don't refer me back to previous threads - the answers aren't there.

Can anyone come up with a clear and definitive solution to these problems? And once done, the solutions should be clearly marked/archived for future forum users.
