 Why Can People Upload At Quicker Speeds Than I Can Download At At? Hey, i'm wondering why i'm downlaoding at such a slow speed when people can upload quicker. I know the speed is limited by my crappy 56k modem but i try to download off T3 connections and its still slower. This never happened on napster. if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Thanks  |
