![]() So I tried the newest version of LimeWire. You know, the one with the sleek look and all the bells and whistles? Well, it turns out that after connecting, it'll say it needs to wait 200-something seconds before it tells me it couldn't download. After a lot of frustration, I couldn't download a single file off the new version. It's not worth downloading. I'll stick with my old version. It may crash all the time, never save my preferences, and shut down for no reason whenever I try to work with another application while I'm using it, but at least it doesn't have those pesky ads and once in a blue moon it'll actually download a whole file. (imagine that!) |
