"File Not Found" problem
I recently made numerous changes to the location of files on my computer, after adding a second H/D. After doing so, I went into Tools - Options - Sharing in LimeWire, removed all the old paths, then readded all the files to reflect the new, correct paths. Then, for the sake of overkill, I exited LimeWire, ran Norton WinDoctor, and then rebooted. I then relaunched LimeWire, ensured the accuracy of the paths and connected. This was a week ago, and I've noticed that the majority of upload attempts report "File Not Found." This is quite frustrating - both to me, and no doubt, to the users who have had a successful search, yet are unable to download the files. Oddly enough, while running LimeWire continuously for several days, I notice that one user will be able to download a file, while some time later, another user will not be able to, due to this "File Not Found" problem. I am attempting to make available a large number of good-quality and unusual files - it's a pity to be thrwarted by this; I hope someone can offer suggestions... Thanks, Vegdeg
