where are the titles

when i search for songs and they come up there titles are not there? why? Please help

I am assuming the title is turned off in the search window... you did not leave much information... PC Right-click / on Apple {Apple}+click on the title bar in the search window... a menu will appear with all available columns be sure that 'Name' is checked.
