Why does it say "Could Not Move to Library"??? How can I fix this?

It says " Could Not Move to Library" under staus when downloading a file. It was fine earlier, what's going on? How can I fix it?

I find this can be usualy be sorted by exiting and restarting the progg.

Is your hard drive getting full? Or it needs to be defragmented? Is the save folder locked? These will cause the "Could Not Move" message to appear.
