Angry Endlesss Requerys..

OK. Too many times, hours, endless requerys.....few successful
downloads....no matter how liberal my upload slots are-which
folk seem to be enjoying......but where's MY tunes?
Seems like everything I try to download gets endless
'requerys'..............(yawn)............... not fair, others getting what
they want, but, not me................................sigh...........
am losing faith in my beloved limewire-which I've paid for 2 times
...yet, still get the free version asking me to donate....jeez...
contacted zbell, but nothing of the links works.....
Any help will be much appreciated.....
Ta....I still love Limewire...just feel terribly frustrated...not getting
but requerys-which means nothing.
Thankx

Unhappy Frustrating....

Yeah... I agree the requerys can be frustrating.

Best bet, try to download files with the 4 STAR quality rating whenever possible... this will reduce the chances of requery.

Less than 4 STARS means "busy" or firewalled... or both!!

Lightbulb Requery Blues

I don't do a lot of downloading I mainly use limewire as a File Service Provider (FSP). However one of the most effective ways of dealing with requeries is:

a) Download load form 4 star hosts.
b) perform multiple searches for the same content.
c) kill any download that does not immediately start to transfer

Hope this helps.
