Uploads reconnect over and over
 

My uploads screen has a couple users connecting over and over with no progress. What Gives?

I'm having the problem where some of my files are being uploaded over and over with no sucess. When monitoring the upload, the progress bar gets to 98% and then it disapperars, only to come back and do the same thing over and over again.

What is causing this? How can I fix it so that people can download the first time?

Don't worry about it, it's supposed to do that.
What it is is somebody swarm downloading chunks from you, 98K at a time. They're getting chunks from someone else at the same time.
