is there any way to resume a download if it has been killed?

i accidentally killed a dl right before it finished... is there any way to resume it?
the file is still in the "incomplete" folder.

Try to undelete it if you have a program for recently deleted files a restore it and then try to resume. One hand washs the other. Best of luck !
