Somewhere in one of those threads it suggests that TMNet are throttling from 12pm to 12am...were you seeing better download speeds in the morning?

Since you haven't been able to connect, have you started seeing the firewall icon?
You could try connecting with a higher port, say 64049. You'll need to change LW's listening port (tools > options > advanced > firewall config, apply to save a change). You'd also need to change port numbers allowed through your software firewall & any ports forwarded through a modem/router:wink: |
