![]() hi g-money. (nice name, i've got a friend with that nickname) -- sharing does not immediately affect downloading success, although some people do block what are called 'freeloaders' - people downloading without sharing anything. hitting 'refresh' in the library just updated the display of the library -- if you had moved the files out of the shared folder and into someplace else, then people would just recieve 'File Not Found' whenever requesting the file. there probably should be a way for limewire to recognize the files are no longer shared and auto-update the library without requiring people to hit refresh. it is very easy to add the files back to your library. just go to tools->preferences (or wherever the preferences are, i don't recall offhand) and add a new shared folder. namely, the one with the files you'd like to share. |
