I can't see what I'm downloading

When I go to search mode and type in a particular artisit there are a number of results that come up but I can't them
I see the ratings, file type and a smiley face but no title!!!
When they are downloading I can see them but I may have them already!

Also when I have downloaded something how do I get it to play?
Tried double clicking to no avail
