"forced IP" helps others upload from me

Thanx for getting back to me.....

I seem to be behind a firewall SBC (old Pac BEll)-DSL because when I "Force" the IP address there will be bunches of uploads listed, but when I don't there never seems to be anyone uploading.

How do I check to see if I'm behind a firewall????
