scterrell | February 15th, 2003 11:00 PM | It's true that there is no genuine Kazaa client for the Mac, but there is a "shadow client" called neo , which connects to hosts on the Kazaa network by scanning ranges of IP addresses looking for computers responding on Kazaa's port. Give it some time to collect a large enough group of IP addresses and you'll have access to many gigabytes of shared data. Just be certain to read the directions before you get started, or you probably won't be happy with the results. |
