What does "queued" mean?

Download/Upload Problems Problems with downloading or uploading files through the Gnutella network.

For your information, I am a girl. And I was patient....I just never got an answer. No, I did not give up on you guys....I just forgot to check the post for a couple says. So can you just tell me what "queued" means???
