downloading speed
 

hey, i've just spent the last hour sorting out all this limewire stuff...and now that i've downloaded it...i'm abit miffed..the downloading speed is unbelievably slow..i've been sat here for the last 20 minutes and have as yet managed to download....oh lets see NO songs..i have a mac 0s 9 and connect to the internet using a cable connected to the main telephone line...please help me you dear dear people!!..

Well Hannah... My suggestion is you spend another hour of your life, which you will not get back, and read any of the threads above, below or around yours. We all share your sorrow.

If there is one thing I have learned since my initial LimeWire download it's that this is all far more about questions than answers. Should a moderator ever respond to your frustration based inquiries, accepting at least some accountability and/or responsibility, I can almost guarantee it will happen simultaneously with a flock of pigs flying by your window. And if you are waiting for actual solutions to your problems, I can guarantee something else... you will download 10 files, trouble free and no 'requery' messages long before that happens.
