Hello!

In earlier versions of LW you would very often get into Requery Sent status. What that meant was that you could not download the file from that particular source instead LW would try to find alternate sources once every 45-50 minutes to download it from. This however was by the developers considered an evil function that increased traffic on Gnutella and was therefore removed from the 2.9.6 version. This new message replaced that message. Basically what it means is that LW will no longer try by itself to find alternate sources instead you have to manually find it yourself by doing a new manual search for the file and if LW finds an alternate source will try to connect to that new source and if successfull you will get the download completed.

Default same problem

I've the same message and I've tried with a LOT of different type of files (only four stars).
I realized that in tool/statistics only 6 current host (in average) are available, while the total host are larger (around 200 or more).
Which is the difference between those concepts?

Default two problems

I discovered the same "problem" having upgraded Limewire to 2.9.7.
OK, saving on line-traffic sounds reasonable, but the same "Could not download, Awaiting Resources" msg occurs when connections have a "hick-up" and that should be avoided.
I can live with not having an automatic requery when a file cannot be found, but having to start downloading again from the searchwindow to reactivate a download-proces that has started but stopped somewhere (for whatever reason) is pretty akward.

Or are we being pushed to buy the PRO version ???????
