proceed failured

Hey people,

this is the thirt time i tried to post a message!

After a shut down with the x-box during downloading i tried to proceed the downloads as all the ofter days from the incomplete folder.

Former the downloads starter at the point when in break it or they where breaken by disconnecting from uploading pc. It means, when i have had 50 % downloaded, the proceed startet at 50 % as shown in the incomlete folder an in the mask of search.

Now in the mask of search all downloads in want to proceed starting with 0 %? Whyyy?

That very bat, cause if got a lot of incomp. DL within 40 to 98 %.

How could i start like former times?

Does anybody knew some help?

I re-installed the lastest free LW-Version but the bug is still there.

My cpu ist AMD Athlon 900, with 256 MB, 30 GB HDD, DSL and WIN ME.

Hi Harry--others have noted this too. Do you have your options set to save incompletes for more than 7 days (the default)?

yes that's right.

Now i chanched it to 99 days.

But the failure occurs to files younger then seven days!

Do you have a downloads.dat file in the incomplete folder? It keeps the data about incomplete downloads. Maybe it was damaged when you shutdown.

The developers (especially Sam Berlin) are working on "partial file sharing", which may mean incomplete files can be resumed in the future--maybe the first version will come out this week.

So--don't throw out those big incompletes just yet--you might be able to finish them next week!
