To get files into itunes, simply find your download folder, and drag the files you want onto itunes (either in the dock, an open playlist or the application).

The burning part is trickier, do you have a burner?

Alright. Go into itunes, and go to add to library and select the song you'd like to add.

If you have OS X, simply insert a blank CD, go to the playlist you'd like to burn and click on burn in the upper right.

itunes can still burn I believe, but to be honest, I'm not sure about the exact procedure, as I never had itunes with os 9. But I imagine it wouldn't be too difficult. Do you have any third party burning software as well?
