Default mac 0sx10.3- Could not move to the library

i have an mac osx 10.3. i am receiving the message, could not move to library. What am I doing wrong?

10.3? That's Panther, right? "Could Not Move . . . " can be triggered by permission problems with the destination folder, but I don't know how Panther has changed permissions.

Check/repair permissions on that folder, or you could create a new folder and designate/share that as your new download folder
