My shared files don't show up on a search?
 

Just to see, I searched for a mp3 that I have in my shared folder and it didn't find it. Is this normal? I'm pretty sure my shared folder is set up right, It shows up in my library and stuff.

Does anybody ele find Justice.mp3 ?

That's normal (avoids unnecessary results). The hits and upload columns in the Library should tell you if the file is being found/uploaded.

I found one Justice.mp3 from a 208.* IP. It's 6393KB

Thanks Stief, I figured it was something like that. This Justice.mp3 is 4.3 mgs though, must be different. I'm at a 67.75.*** IP

The band name is listed as 26, and the album is listed as Spiritual Alchemy.



Aha, just got a ping on this file so somebody's finding it. All is well then.

Welcome--but does that band allow the file to be shared? If not, better edit out the details at least.
