I am using the basic version of the software. Although I keep files in my share folder, I get the red button so I am unable to download. How do I get around this problem?

That means you aren't getting connected. See the connections forum for more info.
http://www.gnutellaforums.com/forumd...?s=&forumid=22 Sharing helps, but there are many ways connections can be blocked/refused. |
