For the Bug report: Tools, Options and then Bug reports and click the button to see an example, scroll down to the part where it says "Recieved incomong this session". "False" indicates that LW can't access the network, so it's probably a firewall.

I cannot seem to get more than 6-7 kbps. I changed ports (many times) and I am using zonealarm so I have allowed java (because I run the .jar file to avoid a few glitches) so I don't think it is my firewall.

Anymore advice you may give will be greatly apreciated.

I think that's a normal speed sometimes hosts are slow or really busy. murasame do you have any more advice?

I used to get a lot faster speeds regularly. I have uploads sometimes so I know it is not my connection.

Me thinks you must find a way to communicate with your ISP and ask them if they are choking P2P. You can try asking friends or other people who you know are using the same ISP as you and (possibly) also LW or some other P2P app, but the info will be less reliable unless they really know what they are talking about.

I don't think it is my ISP because I get fast speeds on Soulseek. I will check anyways so that I can set my speeds exactly as they are supposed to be. Do you think that could be my problem?
