Where do the DL'ed songs go?!

Ok I installed Limewire last night and successfully downloaded 1 song. I played it once then shut it down and went to bed.

Now this morning I cant find it and the search function doesnt work anymore. Where does this thing put the songs when they are done downloading?!

I assume you have windows?

c:/programs/Limewire/shared is the default folder. You should find your song there if you didnīt change it.

You can also find lost files with your Explorer start/search/files...

I dont seem to have a shared folder...

All I see thru start/programs/limewire/

is...Limewire 3.6.15

I think I turned off sharing in the options section...could that have something to do with it?

Yes Im using Windows 2000...

I cant download anymore songs....

The only thing I did was go into tools/options/sharing and I think I removed whatever it had bec I was worried about the govt coming after me :-(

If anyone can help me Id really appreciate it.

Ok good news for those who care...lol

I found the song so Im good on that...thanks morwgen...

But I cant get the Limewire search back running in order to download anything else. It doesnt seem to want to connect for more than 1 sec.

Any ideas of the problem? Thanks in advance.
