slow downloads

Hi, i've been having this problem with slow downloads lately. I pick the song i want to download and begin to do so. about ten seconds into the download, my speed drops to 0kbs. The download starts off fine, but then it just drops straight to nothing after a few seconds...and suggestions. I've tried just about everything with my computer, from defragging to disk cleanu-p
