File Not Moved To Library! P[lease Help!

WHY IS IT SAYING FILE NOT MOVED TO LIBRARY. THIS IS HAPPENING WITH ALL OF THE SONGS I DOWNLOAD. OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE THE SITE.
