You may be getting spam or malicious results from a bad host--just right click to bring up the option to "block host"

There used to be a host (or several) that quickly returned results for whatever you searched, plus expressions like "must have" or "please share". The file sizes were usually wrong, but quite irritating. If you did download something like that, it's always a good idea to delete it from your shared folder so that you don't end up sharing it back---and get blocked yourself!

Take a look at the options (preferences) to see even more ways to filter results you don't want.
