Question I'm new to this limewire thing. First off, I have two questions. After you download the music, where do the songs go? And second, this isn't illegal is it? Thanks |
[Edited due to crass stupidity and gratuitous insults.] |
Not helpful Ok, well thanks that was SOOO helpful I can't even tell you. And no I don't download Britney or Christina. I download [Edit], but thanks for your concern. |
Yes, I deleted your other post... More people may respond if the titles of your posts are clear and to the point... I changed this one for you... As to the question about 'legality'... These forums are near overflowing with comments, mostly totally uninformed, on this very subject... Have a browse around... The basic answer, though, is that it is not allowed to infringe upon the rights of a copyright holder. On the other question, again... Seemingly zillions of posts on what's up and happening and where did they go and my music is lost and I am going to sue and nad nad andandand... Have a look around, OK ? You really will see many other things of interest as well... When you do need help with a problem, be sure to always give info on your computer type Operating System version of the p2p program you are using Internet connection info anything you can think of... p.s. Your Downloads should be going into a 'Downloads Folder'... You must have seen info about that when you installed LimeWire in the first place, right ? And, if you cannot find your downloads, just do a Search or Find for a file the name of which you can remember... |
lost music Ok, I looked everywhere and I still can't find the downloads. I don't remember anything about a folder when I signed on and I think I would remember that. Doesn't limewire keep them like in a library or something or no? I'm getting really frustrated here |
