 Hey, thx again. I ruled out the host as I downloaded from 43 sources of T3 or higher and it went to 3kb. I have either excellent or turbo charged connection by the way. I made sure "Allows Partial Sharing" is turned off as well. I even tried yoyr amusing test to no avail. Maybe one day it will just be faster just like one day I wasn't able to connect and then all of a sudden I was. Alas...  |
