Frustration and Confusion- Otherwords, help!
 

This may be a rookie question since I'm new to Limewire but here's the deal.

I just downloaded it yesterday, and used it right away. It worked great! I got really nice results, a good amount, and everything was all good, and I was satisfied with my new download. But then today, I tried it again, and nothing shows up. I think I retried the search five times, and only ONE result popped up after a lengthy time period. And the search hardly reflected what I was searching for at all. I'm connected and everything. I have a DSL connection, which works pretty fast in my opinion, so I don't know why that would affect this. No search results!!!! It's quite the annoyance. Has this happened to any of you? And if so, is there something that I can do???

Well, I would initially say that it was becuase of whatever you were searching, try searching anything popular and hope for results. Otherwise, I would say that you might have a firewall problem, but you did say that you got one result, so in that case, I might say that it has to do with the hosts you have.
Go to, View > Show/Hide > Connections, and look at the hosts there. Well, that's all I can say about your problem, I'm kinda new too, so I don't know enough to get into the nitty gritty details. if you post again with some more info I may be able to help more.
