Limewire 3.9 betas an LW 4 next week try to maintain 3 UP connections (out of 4) by the language you use. Here is one trick: for things in spanish, change your language to spanish (display -change language in 3.9 betas) restart LW and try it. LW should connect to other spanish users if it finds them on the network. Betas are available here http://www.limewire.com/english/content/beta.shtml Of course once LW 4 is released tuesday this mecanism will be much more efficient.
